Zelda Cline
Human Resources/Employee Relationship Manager
As manager of Human Resources and Employee Relationships, Zelda serves as a corporate liaison to all VisionCor employees. Among her accountabilities, Zelda stays abreast of VisionCor’s human resource policies and procedures, plans and coordinates VisionCor’s employee new-hire, on-boarding process, as well as plans and directs VisionCor’s employee professional development program.
Zelda assists and mentors employees, and solicits ongoing employee feedback to ensure positive employee relations. She interacts directly with clients as needed.
Zelda possesses a broad range of experience working with an organization’s human resources. Prior to joining VisionCor in 1996, she compiled a successful 33 years in education and community activities.
Zelda holds both a B.A. and an M.A. degree from Winthrop University.
