The Challenge
The implementation of a new document management system for policy, procedure, and regulatory publishing groups required comprehensive and rapid development of expert training documentation combined with delivery of the training to a broad audience of managers and publishers.
The Solution
VisionCor's training design, development, and delivery experts teamed with Wachovia's subject matter experts to create instructional materials that could serve as reference guides for new users. The trainers then delivered the training to the managers and publishers. The results were:
