The Challenge

Cisco Systems, the world's leading supplier of internetworking products, intended to hire over 200 Service and Support Advocates (SSAs) to provide high-end support for top-tier enterprise customers. Cisco needed a way to orient and to maximize performance of this diverse group of managers in this demanding role.

The Solution

VisionCor designed and developed a Web-based knowledge management portal specifically for SSAs to provide, at their fingertips, everything they need to service their customers effectively. By combining best practices, training, and expert advice, Cisco is leveraging its knowledge assets to reduce time-to-proficiency while increasing overall customer satisfaction.
