Cisco Systems, the world's leading supplier of internetworking products, intended to hire over 200 Service and Support Advocates (SSAs) to provide high-end support for top-tier enterprise customers. Cisco needed a way to orient and to maximize performance of this diverse group of managers in this demanding role.
The Solution
