The Challenge
As one of the largest telecommunications firm in America, FairPoint Communications realizes the importance of keeping all its companies and employees up-to-date on safety regulations. After pulling together all safety regulations for the entire enterprise, FairPoint needed to make the regulations easily accessible to all their employees both online and on paper, as fast as possible.
The Solution
VisionCor quickly converted the entire manual into a user-centric, Web-based format to ensure that users could rapidly locate the information relevant to their specific tasks. Understanding that many users would benefit by having some of the information paper-based, VisionCor organized the manual to allow for easy printing of specific content. Within 60 days, the manual was online and available to all employees.
