The Challenge
A large financial institution needed to implement a new online measurement and tracking system for its rewards and recognition program. This system would replace several reporting systems and significantly alter how employees complete new forms and procedures. All affected employees would need to be trained to implement measurement and incentive plan changes, new products, and lines of business.
The Solution
VisionCor developed an online solution tailored to four diverse audiences. The solution includes interactive charts of new system processes with detailed comparisons to the old reports, forms, and procedures. Associates quickly learn new processes, practice using system simulations, and see how balanced performance leads to better results.
