The Challenge
Due to the breadth and complexity of one of its loan programs, Wachovia Mortgage Corporation realized that a single training program provided too much information for its employees to digest effectively. These employees needed effective training as well as on-demand procedure and process reference materials.
The Solution
VisionCor rapidly designed and developed a Web-based solution that integrated Web-based training with process and procedure reference materials, using our Integrated Knowledge Architecture™. By blending the delivery of training and reference into a single resource, VisionCor provided Wachovia Mortgage employees with a single resource for all of their training and reference needs.
The integrated Web-based training and reference Web site provided the loan staff with access to the resources they need to learn the specific loan process and to maximize efficiency.
The client saw improvement in processing time, cost savings for training travel and materials, and an increase in sales of the respected loan product.
