The Challenge
A large financial institution needed to deliver training to hundreds of salespeople across the United States. The bank had made the decision to use a new Web conferencing software. However, it had never conducted a session this large. It needed a firm with live e-learning expertise and the ability to manage a virtual team to ensure that the training was accurate, effective and delivered on time.
