Training Design and Development
VisionCor developed a quick paced facilitator-led learning session with upbeat multimedia (sound and video), high energy activities, a reward system using relevant company-themed promotional items, and a hard copy quick reference guide (QRG). VisionCor developed this training within eight weeks.
VisionCor consulted with the Foundation to recommend and conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and then designed an instructor-led, multi-faceted and experiential orientation training program for new hires that promoted consistency within a period of growth.
VisionCor assisted Expertus in adapting Baker Petrolite instructor led training materials developed offshore for use within the United States, and helped adapt them to meet American cultural standards and quality.
Documentation and Technical Writing
VisionCor deployed a documentation consultant to Bovis Lend Lease who used Adobe InDesign to create 50 User Guides for Prolog Software. In addition, the VisionCor consultant created a Web-based training module using Adobe Captivate and incorporating voice over instructions about the Prolog Software.
VisionCor assigned a team of consultants that included expert content developers, information architects, and a project manager. The team designed a KM portal, determined critical information needs and converted information to a usable format to include in the portal.
VisionCor assigned a team of technical writers and a project manager to develop, format, and convert to .html format approximately 300 separate procedures. The VisionCor team then transferred all procedures to a Lotus Notes database.
Training Implementation and Delivery
VisionCor provided project managers and trainers, and managed the training deployment of a 36 location computer assisted learning lab, as well as onsite training support at over 125 field locations in support of a brokerage merger.
VisionCor provided a project manager and technical writing resources to document and implement processes to facilitate the onboarding of users to a new online documentation repository and new procedures. The team developed and implemented more than 1300 procedure documents and 600 FAQs.
VisionCor provide program management and a project team to support the Wells Fargo Advisors/Wells Fargo Investments merger. The project was almost two years in duration and involved 83 consultant resources.
VisionCor assisted in the design and development of 9 web-based training (WBT) modules, 20 regional training scenarios for hands-on-learning, and 12 job aids for subsequent reference after the learning. As an added value, VisionCor implemented new procedures that increased efficiency in the process and resulted in a 300% decrease in development time for WBTs, thus saving the client valuable time and money.
VisionCor provided instructional designers and flash developers to design and develop 10 e-Learning courses in support of merger systems and process training. VisionCor also provided other resources in support of the merger training program
